At Ellora Skincare, your satisfaction matters. We strive to offer effective skincare backed by science and a customer-first experience. If you're not fully happy with your order, we're here to help.


1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Products are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging

  • Return is initiated within 14 calendar days of receiving your order

  • Proof of purchase is provided (e.g., order number or confirmation email)

❗Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare products unless the item is damaged or faulty.


2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at contactus@elloraskincare.com with the following details:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photo of the product (if damaged/faulty)

Our team will respond with the next steps, including the return address.


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will:

  • Notify you via email

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method (within 5–7 working days)

  • Email a confirmation once processed

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or damaged item)

  • We do not offer refunds on digital or downloadable products


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us at returns@elloraskincare.com within 7 days of delivery

  • Include photos of the item and packaging

  • We will offer a replacement or full refund, including return shipping where applicable


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like to try a different product, please return the original item for a refund (if eligible), and place a new order.


6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured service for your protection

  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank or card statement again

  2. Contact your payment provider — it may take some time before the refund is officially posted

  3. If it’s been more than 10 business days and you’ve done the above, contact us at contactus@elloraskincare.com
