Refund/Returns Policy

Returns
At Ellora Beauty we strongly believe that gaining and maintaining the trust of our customers should be at the core of our business values. In pursuit of this goal, we run a retail industry leading policy of 30 day returns . If however 30 calender days have gone by since your date of purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and we will require a receipt or proof of purchase. Gift cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the item is in an eligible condition as stated earlier, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 working days.

Replacements
We will replace products if they are defective or damaged on arrival. Please email details and pictures of the damaged product to care@ellorabeauty.com
